In February of 2014, I was ranked number one in the nation for a Fortune 500 company’s sales division. I had everything I ever wanted—a great car, a beautiful house, guest-list at exclusive clubs, and Instagram-worthy vacations—yet I was miserable and self-medicating.
I had no outlet, no way of connecting something deep within myself to something greater in the world around me.
It was a twisting, turning path to recovery, but I eventually found meditation. Meditation has transformed both my personal and professional life. I’m more present and compassionate with the people who mean the most to me, and I spend my days focused on fulfilling the potential of others and allowing them to find inspiration from within.
Now I help others learn this incredibly simple and transformative practice. Each week I go into the Palm Beach community to raise the collective consciousness through free talks and special events. Throughout each month I lead meditation courses for beginners and advanced level students, in both group and private settings.
